We understand that medical bills can be confusing to patients. If you have any questions regarding your treatment plan or an invoice you received, please contact our billing department at (904)-296-0098. A care counselor will be able to review everything with you and help put you at ease. We want your focus to be on your treatment, not on the worries of a medical bill.
As a courtesy, we will file claims to your primary and secondary insurances. The list of insurances we accept is endless, but here are a few of the major ones we accept. If you do not see your insurance plan listed, please give our office a call and we can review your policy with you.
